Circle of Rest

An afternoon to soften, slow down, and come home to yourself.

Circle of Rest is a gentle homecoming — a space to exhale, to lay down what you’ve been carrying, and remember that rest is a divine act of devotion.

Through yin yoga, sound, and embodied movement, we’ll honour the wisdom of stillness that our ancestors always knew — the art of slowing down to listen inward, to the quiet pulse of prana, to the body’s own language of release.

This isn’t about striving or performing. It’s about surrender — softening into your own presence, letting yourself be held by the earth, by breath, by rhythm.

You don’t need any experience. Just bring yourself, exactly as you are.

Circle of Rest is your reminder that rest isn’t something you earn — it’s something you deserve.

You can expect:

  • Gentle yin-inspired movement

  • Soothing sound and guided rest

  • A nourishing, trauma-informed space to restore and exhale

We’ll move.
We’ll receive.
We’ll remember how to rest.

All are welcome — no experience needed. Bring only your breath, an open heart, and the willingness to let the earth hold you.
