Circle of Rest

In Vedic philosophy, spring is the sacred turning point — when winter’s heaviness melts and creation begins. Tantra teaches that all life moves in cycles: dissolution, stillness, and then awakening. To step into spring, we must first release the residue of winter so prāṇa, our life force, can flow again.

Circle of Rest is our way of honouring this shift. This 2.5-hour circle is an offering of yin yoga and sound healing, to help us shed what no longer serves, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with the energy of renewal rising within us.

Led by two South Asian women, this circle is rooted in lineage — sharing practices that have carried our people across generations. This circle is your invitation to:

  • Lay down the weight you’ve been carrying.

  • Soothe your system and remember your rhythm.

  • Leave with a sense of spaciousness and fresh energy, ready to step into the light of spring.

We’ll move.
We’ll receive.
We’ll remember how to rest.

All are welcome — no experience needed. Bring only your breath, an open heart, and the willingness to let the earth hold you.
